Dish: Satay
Location: Pura Ulun Danu Bratan Temple
I spent a lot of time adjusting the colors in this picture to match the client’s needs. At first, it was even more orange! But the client wanted it to be more yellow. I added char marks on the meat to convey the aroma of grilling. This dish shares the same name as the Thai version, but I’m sure the taste must be unique because it includes lime and shallots, which aren’t in the Thai satay I’m familiar with. It looks really interesting, especially those little rice cakes. Drawing the temple roof was a lot of fun, and I love the overall color scheme of this plate.
If I get the chance, I really want to visit Indonesia. There are so many interesting foods to try and the diverse landscapes are beautiful. I can’t wait!
ภาพนี้ใช้เวลาปรับสีให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้าหลายครั้ง ตอนแรกมันสีส้มกว่านี้อีก! แต่ลูกค้าขอให้เหลืองกว่านี้ การเพิ่มรอยไหม้บนชิ้นเนื้อทำให้รู้สึกถึงกลิ่นหอมของการย่าง เมนูนี้ชื่อเหมือนกันกับเมนูในไทย แต่รสชาติต้องแตกต่างและเป็นเอกลักษณ์แน่ๆ เพราะมีมะนาวกับหอมแดง ซึ่งเมนูสะเต๊ะในไทยไม่มี น่าลองจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะก้อนแป้งสี่เหลี่ยมนั่น! หลังคาของอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมวาดเพลินมาก ชอบสีโดยรวมของจานนี้🥰
ถ้ามีโอกาส อยากไปอินโดนิเซียมากๆ อาหารน่าลองหลายอย่างและภูมิประเทศหลากหลายสวยงาม อยากไปปปปป
