My March Goals 🏋️🏃‍♀️✈️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

⭐️ Get a tan 😂
⭐️ start running again (10K training )
⭐️ add more weight to reps
⭐️ re-attempt big Buddha run/walk
⭐️ not to stress about going home/falling into bad habits

I can’t believe we are 3/12 or 1/4 of the year done. Time really does fly when you are in a better place.

So I did get part of a tan. To be honest I didn’t look like I had a tan when I was leaving Thailand. But being back in Scotland I actually look slightly golden.

I didn’t start any running but will try and attempt it in April. I will use it to get out the house even when it’s horrible outside. New waterproof jacket coming soon.

I did end with heavier reps when I left Titan. So will continue that improvement hopefully while I’m home. Not been to the gym last few days as I’ve been ill from flying home to the wet and cold

I did reattempt the Buddha run and did worst than my 1st attempt as I did it when I wasn’t feeling great after having a dodgy stomach for a few days.

The thought of coming home was a little stressful with the feeling id lose the motivation I’d gained. So hopefully I can find the motivation to keep going on my own. And also going to see doctor to try and get someone answers about my health and what’s actually going on with it.

Hey I’m Kerry and I’m slowly navigating midlife single without kids.

I’ve seen a few people who are in a similar place to what I’ve been in the last few years. So thought I’d love to connect with anyone else who is also struggling with the feeling of feeling stuck, lost, empty or a failure because your life doesn’t look like what you thought it would. So if you are in your late 30s or early 40s I’d love to meet you.

It is rough to go through especially when you’re the only person you know in that position. So we can attempt to get through it together.

FYI if you are one of those rude mums making comments to other women like me you aren’t welcome here. So please kindly ✨FO✨. You don’t know my circumstances so don’t dare tell me I’m missing out, when you don’t know what I’ve been through.

My dream growing up was to see the world
I was obsessed with an ELC world map jigsaw at this age.
And I wanted to visit all the countries. So 1 am finally making an attempt to see the world, as much as possible

Things I’m jealous of you of travel edition. I wish I could pack light at 41 I still can’t. Also I forgot being able to navigate a new place straight away. I’m forever getting lost

I know this is more subjective. But what do you think the minimum is to include a country in the number of countries you’ve visited? Stopping and getting off a bus/boat/cruise/plane for a few hours or do you need to spent a night there?
