Is Singapore as expensive as people say? 🇸🇬

We recently spent a few days in the most expensive country in South East Asia. From a hotel room that we could barely move in to a heavily discounted night at the theatre - we crammed in as much as we could bare in the hot, humid metropolis.

It’s a fun place to visit for a couple of days, but we much prefer the hustle & bustle of other places we’ve been for any longer than a couple of days.

Welcome to Singapore 🇸🇬

📍 Ibis Budget Singapore Selegie 🏨

The room actually cost us about £74 a night, which included breakfast (don’t recommend) 😅

Singapore is the most expensive country in South East Asia, so we knew what to expect - but it still hit hard after coming from a £13 a night room in Hoi An which was about 4 times bigger 😂

That being said, you don’t come to Singapore so sit in your hotel room do ya 😎
