We visited today! Since there were 4 of us, we took a Bolt because it was more convenient for the whole family. 🚗

📍 How to go: Just search Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen on Bolt or Grab and go directly to the temple.

Simple trip, but a beautiful experience for our family. 🤍

🛕🇹🇭 A little Bangkok adventure at Wat Arun

Today we crossed the Chao Phraya River and visited Wat Arun the Temple of Dawn. 🚤

The ferry ride was short, but honestly, crossing the river and suddenly seeing that huge temple standing right in front of us was already part of the experience. 😍

💰 What we spent:
🎟️ Wat Arun entrance — ฿200/person for foreigners
🚤 Cross-river ferry — about ฿5–10/person

📍 How we got there:
MRT Blue Line → Sanam Chai Station → walk to Tha Tien Pier → ferry across to Wat Arun.

📸 If you’re coming with kids, bring water and go earlier in the day. The temple area can get really hot!

We love these little family adventures where the destination is beautiful, but getting there becomes part of the memory too. ❤️

🏛️ Exploring Ancient Khmer Ruins in Kanchanaburi 🇹🇭

One of our stops in Kanchanaburi was Prasat Mueang Singh, an ancient Khmer sanctuary surrounded by trees and history.

Walking through these old stone walls and climbing the ancient steps made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The temple dates back to around the 13th century and is considered one of the westernmost Khmer sites discovered in Thailand.

A beautiful place for families who love history, culture, and exploring hidden places in Thailand. ❤️

A beautiful day exploring one of Chiang Mai’s most famous temples with our family. 🙏💛

The views, the golden temple, and the peaceful atmosphere made this stop so special. It was definitely a memorable part of our Chiang Mai adventure! 🏯⛰️

We’ve been living in Thailand, and somewhere along the way, we started collecting places instead of things. 🇹🇭❤️

We’ve explored so many corners of the country sometimes chasing a good cafe, sometimes taking the kids somewhere new, sometimes simply getting on a bus or train and seeing where the day takes us.

Every place has given us something to remember new food to try, beautiful views to see, unexpected little discoveries, and moments we got to share together as a family. From one adventure to the next, each trip has become a part of our story here in Thailand.

And we’re not done exploring yet.

Next week, we’re heading to Chiang Mai. 🏔️🚍🚆
