UPDATE for those interested! 🤒

I have not made any videos for the last 8 months because I have had some serious health problems. A normal virus turned into a case of chronic fatigue and chronic body pain which has absolutely destroyed me this year. It’s been (and continues to be) a long recovery journey but I’m getting a little bit better every month. I even spent time in Thailand the last two weeks where I saw some doctors and was able to chill out with close friends.

This year has honestly been pretty f@&ked and has definitely given me a greater appreciation for my own health more than ever before 💪

But, I really want to try to make just a few videos for the rest of 2025! Soo…the first one is out in a few days 🎥

What an absolute privilege it was to be invited as a guest speaker at Citizen Circle’s Digital Business Conference last weekend in Bangkok. I honestly felt a fair bit of imposter syndrome but it was also a pleasure to be able reflect on all things Thailand & YouTube and hopefully give a few lessons/tips along the way 🇹🇭🎥

Thank you very much to the whole organising team at Citizen Circle for making it all possible.

I will post a full video of the presentation online some time in the future for those interested!!

A truly amazing few days in the two Southern Thailand provinces of Pattani and Yala with my amazing local friend P’Rose (first picture).

For the last 20 years the 3 southernmost provinces in Thailand (Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat) have been ongoing conflict zones, which means there is close to zero tourism (other than from Malaysia). So it was a privilege to explore the region and learn more about the historical, cultural and religious influences in the area and to hear some local stories.

Today is my last day in Europe 🇪🇺🇬🇧
I have had an insanely fun time the last 3 months here and even was able to make some YouTube videos along the way!
Here are a few highlights with both old and new friends…

Next stop Thailand 🇹🇭 for one month.
Then I will be heading to Malaysia 🇲🇾 and Singapore 🇸🇬 in November. So if you live in either of those countries and know any interesting Thai migrant stories or if you would just like to hang out - get in touch!

Last day in Denmark 🇩🇰 Next stop ➡️ Berlin 🇩🇪

Had an absolutely amazing time in Denmark and also filmed a few things too!

Honestly, the most amazing thing about making YouTube videos for me these days is the people I get to meet and make friends with, not just in Thailand 🇹🇭 and Australia 🇦🇺 but now all around the world 🌎
When I have experiences with locals like this, it makes me feel so so thankful
