13 July 1985 - Live Aid, a dual-venue benefit concert held on July 13, 1985, to raise money for famine relief in Ethiopia. Organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure, the event took place simultaneously at Wembley Stadium in London and JFK Stadium in Philadelphia.
