Nimbu ka Chicken Tikka | नींबू चिकन टिक्का

INGREDIENTS
350 gms chicken breast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon rinds
6 green chilli
6 lemon leaves
1 dried lemon
3 tbsp hung curd
1/3 tsp jeera powder
1/3 yellow chilli powder
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil

Garnish with grilled lemon slices

Serve with beetroot chutney

All Purpose Masala Sauce Gravy

INGREDIENTS

onions - 1 kg
tomatoes - 1 kg
oil - 400 ml

whole spices

2 bay leaves
3 cloves
1 cinnamon
3-4 black pepper
2-3 cardamom
1 black cardamom

Spices

ginger garlic paste - 100 gms
turmeric powder - 1.5 tbsp
coriander powder - 1 . 5 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
jeera powder - 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste

Method
1. Heat oil in a large thick-bottomed pan.
2. Add whole spices let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onions and sauté on medium flame until golden brown.
4. Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 2–3 minutes until raw smell disappears.
5. Add spices cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add cooked tomatoes chopped.
7. – Cook on medium flame until oil separates and masala thickens (15–20 min).
8. Cool and store in airtight container.
