Sales Director (Modern + Traditional Trade)- FMCG Multinational- position based in Tunis, with regular trip across Tunisia
STRONG EXPERIENCE IN DOOR TO DOOR and TRADITIONAL TRADE is a MUST.
Key point: Fluency in English is obligatory
Total package, depending on experience: 150K to 200K TND net per annum (including bonus) + company car (leasing) + fuel + medical insurance
Tasks:
1. Development of the Commercial Strategy:
· Develop and implement the commercial strategy aligned with the group's growth objectives.
· Adapt approaches to the Modern & Traditional sales model (door-to-door) while optimizing processes.
2. Management of Sales Teams
· Lead, motivate, and develop sales teams in the field.
· Define and monitor sales performance indicators.
3. Management of Commercial Operations:
· Oversee the implementation of commercial action plans at local, regional, and international levels.
· Ensure the presence of products in all target markets, considering cultural and geographical specifics.
4. Client Relationship Management:
· Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
· Identify market opportunities and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
5. Analysis and Market Monitoring:
· Analyze sales performance and propose strategic adjustments.
· Monitor competitors to adapt strategies to market evolution.
Key Expected Results:
· Achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
· Growth in market share within priority areas.
· Enhanced customer loyalty through a quality-focused approach.
Profile
1. Education:
· Master’s degree in business, Management, or equivalent (e.g., Business School or MBA) preferable but not mandatory
2. Professional Experience:
· At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with 5 years in a senior commercial management position in the food industry or a similar industry (FMCG) with a comparable sales model.
· Strong experience managing field sales teams (door-to-door sales).
3. Technical Skills:
· Expertise in direct sales techniques (door-to-door).
· Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems.
· Solid understanding of the dynamics of the food industry.
4. Managerial Skills:
· Leadership and ability to motivate large teams.
· Crisis management and quick decision-making skills.
· Capacity to define and achieve ambitious but realistic goals.
5. Personal Qualities:
· Excellent communication and influence skills.
· Active listening and cultural adaptability.
· Results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
