‎بموجب تفويض من مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة، تفتح المحكمة الاستثنائية لمساءلة الجماعات المسلحة أبوابها أمام واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل في عصرنا. ⚖️👀

As the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) convenes to address urgent legal disputes arising from recent attacks on military installations in the Middle East. ⚖️♟️

These attacks, targeting bases hosting United States forces and allegedly involving Iran, have prompted affected states, including the UAE, to bring proceedings before the ICJ. 🚨🇦🇪

The Court is tasked with examining potential violations of international law, including breaches of state sovereignty and the prohibition on the use of force, while considering urgent measures to prevent further escalation. 🕊️👀
