During our trip to Bali this year, we stayed at Kamandalu Resort & Spa in Ubud, and it left a very strong and positive impression.
The resort features a well-maintained, green, and thoughtfully designed territory. It is not overly large, but spacious enough for pleasant walks and a feeling of privacy.
The property includes a main restaurant, a large communal pool with a bar located next to the restaurant, as well as a beautiful infinity pool near the spa area — a perfect spot for relaxation.
Accommodation consists of villas and bungalows, some with private pools. Everything is designed in a refined Southeast Asian style, creating a calm, harmonious atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Unfortunately, due to our travel schedule and luggage, I didn’t manage to film the room, but the overall quality and attention to detail were very impressive.
Although we spent limited time at the hotel because of our active itinerary, Kamandalu truly stood out for its cleanliness, organization, and peaceful ambiance.
For three people, three nights with breakfast included, the cost was approximately 500 €, which I find very reasonable for this level of comfort and experience.
A beautiful, serene resort in Ubud that is absolutely worth considering — and one I would genuinely recommend.
