Avrupa Gıda Güvenliği Otoritesi (EFSA), yem katkı maddelerinin güvenliğine ilişkin yeni bir rehber üzerine çalışıyor. Bu çalışma, son on yılda gelişen bilimsel ve düzenleyici standartların üzerine inşa ediliyor. Sektör paydaşlarıyla yapılan istişareler kısa süre önce tamamlandı ve EFSA’nın FEEDAP Paneli, 2029 yılına kadar nihai hale getirilecek tavsiyeleri aktif biçimde şekillendiriyor. Devam eden bu süreç; nanomalzemeler, çevresel etkiler ve tüketici koruması gibi yeni ortaya çıkan konulara odaklanıyor.

At SPACE in Rennes, one of our standout visits was the booth of Bioeasy, where we had an insightful meeting with Yi Chin, Product Manager.

We listened closely to their latest solutions in rapid food safety testing, talked about the feed & cereal side of things, and explored possible collaboration opportunities.

Founded in 2007, Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focused on food safety, clinical diagnosis, and public safety. They produce rapid test kits and equipment that help detect residues of antibiotics, pesticides, mycotoxins, adulterants, etc., across multiple industries including cereal & feed, dairy, meat & seafood.

At SPACE, the global show for all animal farming, we had the pleasure of meeting Burak Büyüktortop, International Sales Director of Fracon, and company representatives. We had a warm and fruitful conversation about the company’s activities, growth ambitions, and potential markets. We also introduced them to Feed Planet magazine and discussed possible avenues of cooperation.

Founded in 2018 in Marseille, Fracon (French Concentrate) specializes in premixes, concentrates, specific feed additives, and liquid products, with a production capacity of 60 tons per hour across six dedicated lines. The company now operates from its new base in Rennes, serving clients worldwide with the innovative “All in One” concept—providing tailored solutions that combine vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and more into a single premix.

Today, Fracon exports to 40 countries and its products address the needs of nearly 30 million chickens worldwide. With a 130,000-ton annual production capacity, it is a rapidly growing name in animal nutrition.

We were invited to visit their headquarters. Hopefully, in the coming months, we’ll have the chance to get to know the company and its solutions for the feed industry more closely.

One of the most insightful and inspiring stops for us at SPACE in Rennes was the booth of Angel Yeast.

Here, we had a valuable conversation with Gazanfer Mazmanoğlu, Turkey & ME Area Regional Manager. We exchanged views on the rapidly growing feed industry in Türkiye and the dynamics of the global feed market, while also learning more about the company’s activities and future ambitions. Mr. Mazmanoğlu’s deep knowledge and experience in the feed sector left a strong impression on us.

Angel Yeast is a global leader in yeast and biotechnology, serving industries from food and animal nutrition to biofuels, agriculture, and health. With its innovative solutions—from probiotics, prebiotics, and feed enzymes to mycotoxin management—Angel is helping shape a more sustainable and efficient feed industry worldwide.

We ended our visit with a group photo together with the entire Angel Yeast team at their stand, a memory of both hospitality and knowledge-sharing.

At Vanger and Van Aarsen, both recognized leaders in feed milling technology, we explored how state-of-the-art equipment supports efficiency and scalability in feed production.

At , we discovered how smart dosing, automation, and process optimization solutions are reshaping modern feed plants for greater accuracy and sustainability.
