İlk uzun metraj filmimiz "ALDIĞIMIZ NEFES", 73. San Sebastian Film Festivali'nde Avrupa prömiyerini yapıyor.
Dünya prömiyerinin ardından Avrupa Prömiyerimiz için yine böyle köklü bir festivalin "New Directors" bölümünde olmak çok anlamlı.
Aldığımız Nefes, şiddetli yangının hüküm sürdüğü bir Anadolu kasabasında bildiği her şey yok olup gitmeden önce çocukluğuna tutunmaya ve görülmeye çalışan on yaşındaki bir kız çocuğunun hikâyesini anlatıyor.
Our debut feature film, “As We Breathe”, continues its journey with a European premiere at the 73th San Sebastian Film Festival, following its world premiere.
To be included in the festival’s New Directors section — a space for bold new cinematic voices — is both humbling and deeply meaningful for us.
“As We Breathe” tells the story of a ten-year-old girl in an Anatolian town engulfed by wildfire, as she clings to the fragile remnants of her childhood — longing to be seen, before everything she knows turns to ash.
