3- Download Anydesk and get the connection code.

4- Let us know to organize the operation’s date and time.

5- Send us the connection code of Anydesk

6- Select “Full Access” and accept the request when our expert asks to connect to your PC.

7- Connect the cable to the USB and to the OBD.

8- Turn on the ignition (not the motor)

9- Be sure that the internet connection is stable and accurate.

10- Wait till the operation ends up.

The operation usually takes less than 1 hour. In some cases, due to the issues related with the PC or the connection, it can be can extended.
