Have you ever noticed how good it feels when you talk about the goals, plans, and changes you want to make in your life?
That feeling comes from a surge of dopamine in your brain.
But here’s the problem: many people stop right there.

We talk about our dreams, tell others what we plan to do, how much we’re going to change, and the future we’re building for ourselves.
But in reality, we take no action.

This process is what’s known as *mental masturbation*—enjoying the illusion of progress without doing any real work.

The issue is that our brain doesn’t differentiate much between talking and doing.
When we talk about our plans and receive validation from others, it creates a false sense of accomplishment.

As a result, our real motivation to take action decreases because our brain feels like we’ve already achieved our goal.
So, it’s not the eyes of others that keep you from reaching your goals—it’s your own brain’s dopamine.

**Here’s the truth:**
Talking about your dreams gives you a temporary high, but it’s empty calories for your soul.
Real growth happens in the silence of action, not the noise of words.

**What can you do?**
1. **Stop oversharing:** Keep your goals to yourself until you’ve made real progress.
2. **Focus on action:** Replace talking with doing. Even small steps count.
3. **Embrace discomfort:** Real change happens outside your comfort zone.

If you don’t work for yourself, society will impose a job on you.

**Be careful about what you let into your mind.**
Every piece of information you consume is programming your mind for success or failure.
This is serious! Don’t take it lightly—be selective about what you allow into your mind.

**Use the power of the internet wisely.**
In today’s world, with the power of the internet, you can achieve things in a very short time that were impossible just a few years ago!
Use the device in your hand wisely!
Discipline and focus are more important now than ever before.
Never in history has humanity been faced with such an overwhelming amount of information and distractions.
Today, we need to understand the importance of using these tools correctly and protecting our focus, attention, and mental energy. Otherwise, we’ll lose them quickly, and our performance will suffer greatly.

**Stillness is the key.**
The best things happen in moments of stillness.
The Stoics called it "stillness," and today, we often refer to it as "flow" or "deep focus."
In whatever you do, create an environment where nothing distracts you, and you can fully immerse yourself in your work. Genius emerges in this state.

Your mind is your greatest asset—protect it.
Your focus is your superpower—guard it.
Your energy is your currency—spend it wisely.
The world will try to distract you, but your ability to stay still, focused, and intentional will set you apart.
