Best time to run your meta advert (facebook & instagram) is by 4am
Let me tell you the reason !

You want that as people are waking up ,your adverts are flooding people’s feeds .
So I don’t advice starting an ad during the day like 2pm .Start it very early .As people are waking up, your advert is what they are seeing in the morning.
This can get you good results with a kind of slightly lower cost package .
