The event was organized by Derya Soysal on behalf of EuReflect. During the workshop, she delivered a presentation highlighting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential, with an emphasis on its Silk Road heritage, historic cities, cultural richness, and emerging role as a key destination connecting Europe and Central Asia.

In her speech, Ms. Soysal focused specifically on the newly established Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, describing it as an important milestone of the country’s contemporary development and cultural revival.
