Could the Philippines bear the mystical name of God, the Shem HaMephorash?

In the Kabbalistic 72 Names of God (Shen HaMephorash), there is a trigrammaton or a triad of letters that spells out the international abbreviation of the Philippines, PHL (פּהל).
The triad of letters PHL could also refer to the angel of redemption, Pahaliah, who also bears the explicit name of God.
The Philippines is a Catholic-Majority country.
Could this mean that the divine name of God foresaw the existence of Southeast Asia's only Catholic country?
