Today, my neighbor and friend congratulated me on Teacher’s Day🇹🇷.It turns out that Turkish people celebrate it on November 24 as a tribute to Atatürk, who was given the title of “Head Teacher” on this day in 1981.
It’s been almost two years since I stopped giving classes but people still remember. I’m endlessly grateful to the universe for that🙏🙏🙏

I’not big on art, but some human creations are simply breathtaking…
Milano Centrale was officially opened in 1931 to replace the old central station (built in 1864). The station has no definitive architectural style but is a blend of many different styles.
During World War II, many Jewish citizens were deported through the station. Today, there is a Holocaust memorial there.
Some areas within the station are not open to the public. They include a waiting room with swastikas on the floor, which were designed to receive Adolf Hi**er.
