I am currently sat here in Heathrow terminal 5, ready for my final flight of the year, but doing some real reflection on this year just gone. On the surface, yes this year has looked like my best one ever, but there were moments which I really had to dig deep and times where I questioned everything I was doing.
Don’t get me wrong there have been some incredible highlights this year, but this I don’t want to only focus on the glamour. I want to be truthful and tell you that this has been undoubtedly one of the hardest years of my life too.
I’ve tried to select 20 of the most significant moments for me of this year (which in its self proved incredibly hard) to summarize my year. This year I have learnt a lot and am more grateful than ever for the people I have around me ❤️
I will start with the most recent event I’ve just finished up with:
1. Niti Island Treasure Hunt - I had the honor of MC’ing for the live event, and with an unbelievable crew of people together in one incredible place I feel truly blessed to have been part of that. Pretty crazy to think where riding a piece of wood on water has taken me
2. Back to the start of the year , this place really surprised both me and Liam. Incredible hospitality, vibes and people - we are already excited to head back there in January
3. This moment meant everything to me - thank you for sticking by my side through this crazy life we have been living, I could not be where I am today without you and I can’t wait for the future with you
4. The last photo I have of me and - I still can’t quite believe you are gone. I am so proud of what we made together and I promise to continue our mission the best I can, I will miss you brother RIP ❤️
5. We worked the whole winter on a project we didn’t even launch yet. Everything is basically ready to go, but we just got so caught up in the craziness of everything else going on that we didn’t get a chance to fully figure this one out yet. Sit tight though, you will be seeing more of this soon
