When last you see such a pretty box? 😍✨🔥

Decided to check out this spot on Independence Square (between Charlotte and George Street) with Culinary Nerd. They specialize in fried chicken, pows, and bubble tea.

What interested me was the selection of sauces: pink sauce, green sauce, yellow sauces… made the box looked super captivating. 🔥 paid like $28 for a two piece and fries.

They didn’t have a lot of items from their menu cause they’re also known to sell pows. Also the cashier couldn’t explain what’s exactly the ingredients present in the sauces?

It tasted alright as well, nothing special to write home to… slightly seasoned and juicy chicken, love the crunch as well. And the fries tasted like fries. Even the sauces? It just tasted like colourful mayonnaise to me 😅

It’s great for satisfying a fried chicken craving if you’re in the vicinity. But I’ll stick to other establishments in my opinion.

I do however want to revisit to try their pows and bubble teas 😄

This is and . It’s the kind of place you’d happily drive out of your way for, and trust me, you’ll want to once you see all the goodies they offer.
For the Muslim and Hindu community this is a perfectly safe place for you and your families to visit as well! This is a Halal certified business and there is no beef in any of the dishes. Just chicken or Fish in deliciously creative ways.

My Lunch $65: the Veggies were seasoned and tasty had the right balance of crunch and tenderness. Rice and Potatoes were delicious as well as the chicken being seasoned to the bone and juicy. The Flavor profile of the meal was Italian and it was well executed. Felt like having amazing home cooking and looked like chef level restaurant quality.

Habibi Gelato - $30 (regular flavors are $25)
This gelato creation is inspired by the trending Dubai chocolate and is as luxurious as it sounds. It’s rich, creamy (but not overly sweet), and loaded with real crushed pistachios, rose petals, toasted vermicelli, and chocolate drizzles. The fragrance alone is incredible, and I even picked up subtle caramel notes. The mix of textures and flavors had my taste buds in overdrive—definitely a must-try!

The Chocolate Dome - $50
This dessert is a masterpiece. I’m not usually big on chocolate desserts, but this one completely won me over. The balance of sweetness was perfect, the mousse was light and airy, and the cake was soft and moist. Plus, I love when desserts offer a variety of textures, and this one delivered beautifully. Compliments to the baker!!
