As this year comes to a close, I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude.

2025 asked me to be more intentional, and to trust that steady growth still counts. There were moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and plenty of quiet days in between. But through it all, Unicakery continued to grow in the ways that mattered most.

Every cake ordered, every class attended, every message sent in support reminded me why I chose this path in the first place. Creating for people’s special moments and teaching others to believe in their own ability will never stop being meaningful to me.

There were lessons this that definitely came by force 💀. Learning when to rest. Learning when to say no. Learning that protecting your energy is part of building something sustainable. Those lessons changed how I move forward.

To everyone who supported Unicakery this year, whether loudly or quietly, thank you. Thank you for trusting my work, for showing up, for sharing kind words, and for choosing to support a local, woman-owned business.

None of this happens alone.

I’m stepping into the new year with clarity, gratitude, and a deeper sense of purpose. I’m excited to continue creating, teaching, and growing with intention.

Our 3‑week beginner class returns January 24, 2026.

All tools, recipes, and ingredients are included.

What you’ll learn:

Module 1: Kitchen Safety & Recipe Costing – master sanitation standards and recipe pricing.

Module 2: Cake Baking 101 – from scratch sponge, vanilla, chocolate, red velvet & marble cakes.

Module 3: Buttercream & Piping Techniques – shells, rosettes, writing, and more.

Module 4: Cake Filling & Flavouring – layering, fillings, flavour combos, and ingredient efficiency.

Module 5: Fondant Artistry – make fondant from scratch, cover cakes, and practice beginner-level fondant decorating.

Final Assessment: Create a 3‑tier cake using all techniques learned.

Tuition: $3,500 TT (or 2 payments of $1,750TT), inclusive of all materials.
