Whimsical Floral Cake Decorating workshop led by !
In this session we covered a few different techniques and recipes; passion fruit curd, Swiss meringue buttercream.
Our bakers learnt how to fill cakes with softer fruit fillings to ensure stability and then apply piping techniques using a variety of piping tips to achieve a whimsical fun design!
For decoration, Pastry Chef Rebecca, taught the class how to properly use fresh flowers for cake decorating, resulting in the most fun, vibrant and colorful cakes! 🌼
And of course at the end of the session, bakers were able to take home their creations!
