We’ve wrapped up our first cycle of the Advanced Cakes and Confectioneries course! It has been so amazing to see the growth in these ladies over the last 4 weeks!
We covered techniques like
Business essentials and recipe costing tailored to bakers
Gumpaste flowers
Advance fondant techniques
Buttercream cakes and cupcakes
Cake baking
Macarons, donuts and eggless recipes!
We also had a lovely field trip to the San Salvador cocoa estate to learn about chocolate making!
What an experience it has been and as my students expressed 🤣”this course was extremely intense but so worth it” I’m always proud of them no matter what!
