Some truths arrive not through language, but through the gut.
As a child in apartheid South Africa, our guest watched the world move in two different directions. He couldn't articulate it yet—words like "privilege" and "systemic" were still beyond his reach—but his body understood. His eyes understood.
The rules weren't written for everyone. And that knowing, raw and unnamed, stayed with him long after the words finally came.
