🎨National Large-Sized Oil Paintings Exhibition 2025 opens at Taichung City Seaport Art Center
One hundred monumental works. One hundred artistic perspectives. A fully immersive visual experience.
National Large-Sized Oil Paintings Exhibition 2025 opened Oct. 25 at Taichung City Seaport Art Center’s Exhibition Room A, presenting one of Taiwan’s most significant showcases for large-format oil paintings. Continuing through Jan. 4, 2026, the exhibition invites the public to engage with the expansive force and expressive depth that only “100-size” canvases can offer.
Bringing together leading artists from across Taiwan, the exhibition highlights a diverse range of styles—from realism to abstraction—with each work functioning as an artistic portal into the creator’s inner world. Through the bold scale of the “100-size” format, artists present visual narratives that are powerful, intimate and deeply reflective of contemporary cultural expression.
