年夜菜一定要有的醉蝦
當歸黃耆紅棗枸杞月桂葉草果,水1000,煮20分鐘,調味,放入紹興酒300,煮滾關火放涼,另外一鍋燙蝦子,瀝乾放涼,組合,冷藏一天就可以吃囉❤️
沒有月桂葉跟草果可以不用放,我只是剛好冰箱有放進去增加風味,不喜歡酒味太嗆的可以多滾一下,還是有酒香,但不會嗆
