An operator with the Indonesian Navy Special Forces unit, KOPASKA, exits the water with his Jetboots Diver Propulsion Systems during a military exercise late last month. The exercise consisted of a 5 nautical mile swim, tactical/covert infiltration, combat & mobility underwater, beach clearing, and much more.

「只有海底能阻止我們潛得更深！」晚間１０點讓我們回顧《台灣特戰部隊:水下作業大隊》的英姿吧！

中華民國海軍水下作業大隊（英文：Underwater Operations Unit，縮寫：UOU），是中華民國海軍轄下的其中一支特種部隊，負責水底搜索、潛水拯救及爆炸品處理等等。

作戰時支援海上滲透，協助獵雷艦執行各港口水雷清除及障礙物爆破等工作。平時則負責處理水中械彈、水下船體檢查與修補、清除港灣障礙物等深海水域工作，風災後也常看見水下作業大隊參與救災的身影，保衛著人民的生命安全；2010年颱風催毀蘇花公路，造成遊覽車翻覆，車上遊客全數掉進太平洋罹難，當時在危險的海域與惡劣的天候情況進行海底搜救任務的就是海軍水下作業大隊。
