連假的熱鬧過去，響琥也回到安靜的音階。
幾天的大雨把城市沖洗得乾淨，空氣裡還留著點潮濕的餘韻。
天氣悶熱，生意也悠閒了一些。
但其實不太介意這樣的夜晚，反而最適合慢慢來——整理瓶瓶罐罐、翻開以前沒完成的配方筆記，開始實驗新的雞尾酒。
夏天才剛開始，不急不躁，我們還有很多想做的事。

The long weekend rush has come and gone, and things at kohaku have slowed down again.
After a few days of rain, the city feels fresh—though the air’s still heavy with that leftover humidity.
It’s hot, business is a bit quiet, but honestly? We don’t mind.
Nights like these are great for slowing down—cleaning up the shelves, flipping through old cocktail notes, and trying out new ideas.
Summer’s just getting started. We’re in no hurry. There’s still so much we’re excited to try.
