重火凍頂,是時間的茶。

這款凍頂烏龍以青心烏龍為原料,
部分醱酵後進行烘焙而成。

Heavy roast D**g Ding is a tea shaped by time.
The roast is not for char, but for depth.

This D**g Ding Oolong is made from Qingxin Oolong, lightly fermented before being roasted.
The batch selected by Zhen Fa Tea Shop is deeply roasted yet never heavy, with steady aromatics, solid tea structure, and a clean finish.

At Bar Lonely, tea is more than just an ingredient — it is a way of recording culture.

We have long used tea sourced from Zhenfa Tea Shop, a century-old establishment in Tainan.
They do not produce tea themselves, but select it — choosing clean, consistent leaves that best express the character of their terroir.

明天會放晴嗎? (桑田佳祐-2007.)

以部落特調海米分(海鹽檸檬、米酒、分解茶)做改編;將米酒替換為麥燒酎與琴酒,分解茶則是以碧螺春綠茶代替,最後搭配自製月桃葉通寧汽水。
麥燒酎的爆米花香氣,與碧螺春與月桃的清香,搭配上鹽漬萊姆的柑橘鹹香感,像是雨天後大地的氣息等待放晴天的來臨。

「明天會放晴嗎?」是桑田佳祐於2007年所發行的單曲,並於同年作為知名日劇「求婚大作戰」的主題曲,膾炙人口的旋律是大部分7、8年級生年輕時的共同回憶。

“Will It Be Sunny Tomorrow? (Kuwata Keisuke-2007.)”

“This is a cocktail twist by Taiwan Indigenous Signature Cocktail (sea salt lemon, rice wine, and fermented tea). The rice wine is replaced with mugi shochu and gin, and use Biluochun Green Tea. Finally, it is paired with homemade Shel Flower Leaf tonic water.

The popcorn aroma of mugi shochu, combined with the freshness of Biluo Chun and Shel Flower Leaf, and the salty citrus flavor of salted lime, evokes the earthy scent after rain, as if waiting for a sunny day to arrive.

‘Will Tomorrow Be Sunny?’ is a single released by Keisuke Kuwata in 2007 and was used that same year as the theme song for the popular drama Proposal Daisakusen. The catchy melody is likely a shared memory of youth for most people born in the 70s and 80s.”

以經典的Tiki風雞尾酒「殭屍Zombie」改編,使用深色蘭姆酒和高濃度波本威士忌作為基酒,讓鐵觀音茶本身具有的木質調和烘焙的韻味更加出色。

再加入以鳳梨果皮、堅果以及辛香料自製的法勒南香甜酒,搭配乳酸醱酵過後的鳳梨汁帶出豐富的熱帶水果調性。

最後擠上以番茄、百香果、辣椒醬所製成的泡沫,增加其豐富的風味層次。

M 這首歌收錄於1988年,PRINCESS PRINCESS的Let’s Get Crazy專輯當中,並於2015年作為日劇「昨夜的咖喱,明日的麵包」的主題曲。

“M (PRINCESS PRINCESS-1988.) ”

Adapted from the classic Tiki cocktail “Zombie,” this version uses dark rum and high-proof bourbon as the base spirits, enhancing the woody and roasted notes naturally found in Tieguanyin tea.

Homemade falernum, crafted with pineapple peels, nuts, and spices, is added to complement the tropical fruit character brought out by lacto-fermented pineapple juice.

Finally, The espuma made from tomato, passion fruit, and hot sauce is added on top, introducing layers of complex and vibrant flavors.

The song “M” was released in 1988 as part of PRINCESS PRINCESS’s Let’s Get Crazy album and was later used as the theme song for the 2015 drama Kare, Pan no Ash*ta.
