What is HR?
I became an HR Partner all the way back in 2010 with IBM Taiwan.
The definition of the job role was quite blur back then.
It works as a bridge between the center of excellence, shared services and the BU Heads.
I felt like an HR representative to sell HR solutions including training to the business leaders. Meanwhile, I designed all kinds of projects with coe's support to solve people issue from business side.
I created and completed many projects including a post M&A culture and compensation assimilation plan and executing process.
For Apple and Huawei , the skills sets required were different, I really focused on talent development by levareagin senticfic models and techs.

Now adays, I don't long for human resources anymore. As human shall be capital. You invest and you gain reward. You don't exploit the resources until they burn out. And CHO shall really be Chief Happiness Officer instead of Human Resources Officer.

My short point of view. Hope it will be helpful for HR professionals. I know, it's difficult to change the enterprise owner's mindsets but we must always be the changes that we want to see in the world.

AI（人工智慧）並沒有單一的發明人，而是許多科學家和研究人員在不同時期共同發展的結果。不過，有幾位被認為是AI領域的先驅：
1. 艾倫·圖靈（Alan Turing）：被譽為「人工智慧之父」，他在1950年提出了「圖靈測試」，探討機器是否能夠展現智能。
2. 約翰·麥卡錫（John McCarthy）：1956年，他在達特茅斯會議（Dartmouth Conference）上首次提出「人工智慧」（Artificial Intelligence, AI）這個術語，並且是LISP語言的發明者。
3. 馬文·明斯基（Marvin Minsky）：開創了許多早期AI技術，並共同創立了麻省理工學院（MIT）的人工智慧實驗室。
4. 克勞德·香農（Claude Shannon）：提出資訊理論，為機器學習和AI發展奠定了基礎。

這些科學家的貢獻推動了AI的發展，並在後續幾十年間演變成如今的深度學習、機器學習和自然語言處理技術。
