For me, weekend breakfasts are the best. I can eat whatever I want and I’d still have lots of time to burn what I eat. I don’t know what it is with longaniza but I’ve been craving for it the whole week. So had to have this sweet, garlicky Longaniza and this crispy-fried Chorizo de Bilbao. I tried them with spicy, sweet atsara, and pickled lotus. Of course, breakfast will not be complete without sinangag and freshly-laid fried egg, and brewed coffee. Happy Weekend Everyone 🤩
