The latest addition to sees consistently excellent ex*****on of gyukatsu. Portion is decent, or in fact better than similar places elsewhere. Not too greasy and the meat stays tender. Even the kids enjoyed the free flow cabbage and spamming it with yuzu salad sauce. They have non-beef options too so it's a great place to visit with family and friends

I'm always looking forward to see what dumpling flavors offers and this year's did not disappoint. The Hakka style Kurobuta Belly Mei Cai was savoury and sweet at the same time. The rice that soaked up the sauces was so good i think it almost stole the limelight from the pork belly. But I think what's striking here is the Mei Cai (preserved vegetable), not overly salty and just rightly cooked to the perfect sweetness and texture. It reminded me of a Takana Onigiri (typical japanese rice ball with pickled mustard green)

The purple sweet potato with yam and ginko nuts dumpling was a pleasant surprise too. It's smooth, creamy and its petite size makes it ideal as a dessert or snack

2nd visit in past 6 months || with another foodie bestie who approved the food here 🙌 food consistently delicious and had my favourite palabok again. it's so good I wish the portion was bigger. Still ever amazed by the Wagyu watermelon sinigang for its punchy tamarind broth and pull apart meat.

The chicken adobo and winged bean salad was something I've yet tried in my 1st visit. But wow, I'm glad we had both, especially the adobo. It's saucy and mildly spiced, with a super crisp chicken skin crackers at the side and loads of roasted garlic. Luckily we didn't left with any garlic breath thanks to the surprise caramel pudding. Very sweet but we still managed to empty the plate.
