安穩泉源，飛翼支撐呵護身軀

在睡眠研究領域，德國 Lattoflex 自 1935 年以來專注於床架與床墊的支撐技術，秉承「床要適應人，而非人去迎合床」的理念，擁有逾 80 年歷史與床架研發經驗。根植於德國 Bremervörde 的家族企業，如今正與德國健康脊背協會（AGR）共同推動歐洲規模最大的睡眠測試，初步結果顯示可減輕背痛並提升睡眠舒適度。

In the field of sleep research, Germany’s Lattoflex has been dedicated to advancing bed base and mattress support technology since 1935. Guided by the principle that “the bed should adapt to the person, not the other way around,” the family-owned company from Bremervörde combines over 80 years of heritage with more than six decades of ergonomic expertise. Today, Lattoflex works with the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) on Europe’s largest sleep test, with early findings showing reduced back pain, improved sleep comfort, and greater vitality during the day.

試想一下住在充滿雕塑感的場域，目光所及，純淨白牆因帶有幾何切面的混凝土梁柱，走至每處轉角、每道廊下，原始粗獷細節卻帶有沉靜氛圍，並且在簡約線條和現代材質的配合下，找到從容的生活步調。打開音響，身體隨著迴盪的旋律自然舞動，腳步輕巧地在深棕色木地板上移動，穿梭在型態各異的家具、擺飾和藝術品之間。

當微風輕輕吹拂，揚起的紗簾亦在窗邊偏偏起舞；隨著日光恣意遊走，室內光線依循時間變化，時而透過窗映照於地面，時而於牆上拓出一扇窗的光影，空氣中瀰漫著溫柔而愜意的氣息。一幕幕戲劇般的日常風景，是澳洲建築與室內設計事務所 Oliver Du Puy，喚醒這個坐落於歷史倉庫閣樓的住宅，挖掘空間和材料的本質，構築出能夠激發情感與理念共鳴的空間。

Imagine inhabiting a sculptural environment where every perspective is framed by geometric cuts of exposed concrete beams and columns. Against the clarity of white walls, these raw, rugged details exude a contemplative stillness, balanced by the precision of clean lines and the presence of modern materials. Music reverberates through the space, and the body responds instinctively, footsteps moving lightly across the dark jarrah timber floors. One passes between artworks and carefully placed objects, as daylight drifts across surfaces—at times reflected on the floor, at times projected onto the wall, carving fleeting windows of light. The atmosphere carries a softness, theatrical yet gentle, transforming daily moments into living scenes.

在如此宏偉典雅的建築環境內，怎會有個猶如皇冠般的龐大藍色環形裝置懸浮於大廳？

若有機會走訪巴塞隆納，在這瀰漫藝術氣息的城市隨處可見歷史建築、文化遺跡和博物館，卻也不乏融合傳統工藝與現代設計的藝術景觀，轉進每個街道、轉角都猶如身在藝廊般，令人嘆為觀止！尤其當你來到位於蒙特惠克山（Montjuïc)的加泰隆尼亞國家藝術博物館（MNAC）內，便會驚訝地發現到，前身為國家宮（Palau Nacional）的中央大廳上方有高達 45 米的巨大穹頂，並保留 Francesc d’Assís Galí 的大型壁畫，看著畫作內細緻描繪的 35 位預言人物，難以想像這竟是 Francesc 在 30 公尺高的險峻鷹架上費時半年多的曠世巨作。

If you ever find yourself in Barcelona—a city infused with artistic spirit—you‘re bound to encounter historic buildings, cultural landmarks, and world-class museums at every turn. Yet beyond the weight of history, the urban fabric is also punctuated by art installations that seamlessly blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Wandering through its streets and alleyways often feels like strolling through an open-air gallery—astonishing at every corner. One such moment of awe awaits inside the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC), located on Montjuïc Hill. There, beneath the soaring 45-meter-high dome of the central hall—originally part of the Palau Nacional—you’ll find a monumental mural by Francesc d’Assís Galí. His fresco features 35 allegorical figures representing various branches of knowledge, each rendered in meticulous detail. It’s staggering to imagine that Galí created this masterpiece over six grueling months while standing on scaffolding nearly 30 meters high.

看似精巧的量體，實則以藝術雕塑的型態最大化活用景觀園區，邀請人們走進來，一同於水畔閱讀、林間冥想、星空下沉思，正如其活動項目名「阿雲朵倉」源自於貴州少數民族彝語含意的「理想之地」，形成相互關聯卻又各自獨立的存在，讓人隨時能匯聚於此自由地發想、創作與交流，拉近了藝術與生活的距離，同時呼應貴州豐富的民族文化和自然風光。

Modest in scale yet sculptural in form, these volumes maximize the park’s spatial potential, inviting people to read by the water, meditate among the trees, or dance beneath the stars. The name Ayunduo Cang comes from the Yi language, meaning “our ideal place,” evoking a setting where ideas, creativity, and community may freely converge, drawing art closer to daily life while resonating with Guizhou’s rich cultural and natural heritage.

平時閒步於大街小巷，那些不曾感興趣的鐵皮屋及老舊工廠，看上去老舊的材料難到真的不能呈現一定程度的當代美感嗎？張建築師對本土文化之於都市美學的相互關係提出試問。

如實將他眼睛所看和心裡所想的事物投射出來，轉化工廠的建築語彙與山林印象融入這座位於城市的建築，特意選用耐候鋼作為建築結構允許嵌入高高低低的方盒，從屋頂裸露的三角桁架到外部斑駁的旋轉式階梯皆呼應工廠背景。

Walking through everyday streets, one might ordinarily dismiss corrugated metal sheds or aged industrial buildings as lacking aesthetic value. Yet, can these seemingly outdated materials express contemporary beauty? The architect poses this reflective question through the project, honestly translating his personal perceptions and cultural insights into architectural language.

He deliberately incorporated factory motifs and woodland imagery into this urban structure, using weathering steel as the primary structural material to accommodate staggered, box-like volumes. From the exposed triangular roof trusses to the spiral staircase weathered by rust, every detail echoes the industrial heritage.

漫步在米蘭曼佐尼街 Via Manzoni 文化長廊的午後，時尚街道不時能聽見遠處傳來電車緩緩穿駛於路面軌道上與金屬碰撞的聲響，腳底石板上記錄著無數或快或慢的腳伐，空氣中偶爾飄散著淡雅的香氛氣味。

餘暉為Palazzo Molteni短暫鍍上一層黃澄的微亮光澤，入口兩側古希臘愛奧尼（Ionic Order）柱身的凹槽，與立面雕上的茛苕葉點綴著人物雕像，在光影之間顯得立體生動，延續著十九世紀古典的優雅秩序，與當代米蘭的城市背景融合於此，莊重的建築比例令人難以忽視。

On an afternoon along Via Manzoni’s cultural corridor, the pace stays unhurried. From afar, trams skim the rails with a soft metallic chime; footsteps gather and disperse across the stone underfoot; a faint perfume drifts in the air. In the slanting light, Palazzo Molteni briefly catches warm amber light. The fluted shafts of Ionic columns and acanthus reliefs framing figurative sculptures read crisply in light and shadow, carrying a 19th-century classical order into contemporary Milan. The building’s measured proportions draw the eye.

深入浙江省松揚縣峰巒疊翠之中，穿過崎嶇山路覓著一座有近 600 年歷史的松莊村，踏入村的剎那，眼前景色彷彿一幅空靈的山水畫卷，一條潺潺溪流繞村而行，錯落的黃泥牆青瓦房依山傍水而建，古樸悠然的風光宛如鮮為人知的世外桃源，遠離塵囂，所經之處皆散發歲月靜好的氣息，心绪也随之沉靜。

這座古村落縱使完整保留原生態環境與古建築，擁有最原始的江南風光，卻乏人問津，猶若遺落塵世間的一方淨土。而 2016 年發起的「拯救老屋行動」改變了松莊村的命運，如火如荼地開始推動對鄉村經濟、文化與藝術的融合發展，如今才得以在這民風純樸的小山村中見得中國首座以編織為主題的當代鄉村美術館。

Nestled deep in the lush mountains of Songyang County, Zhejiang Province, the nearly six hundred years old village of Songzhuang emerges at the end of a rugged mountain road. The moment you step into the village, the view unfolds like an ethereal landscape painting: a clear stream meanders around the settlement, and earthen houses with ochre-plastered walls and grey clay tile roofs are set along the water and the hillsides. The rustic, unhurried scene feels like a little-known haven far from the noise of the world; wherever you wander, a calm sense of time lingers, and the mind grows still.

Though this ancient village has preserved intact its original ecology and historic architecture—its scenery quintessential Jiangnan—it long drew little notice, an unspoiled enclave set apart from the world. In 2016, however, the “Saving Old Houses” initiative changed Songzhuang’s trajectory and spurred the integration of the rural economy, culture, and art. Only then did China’s first contemporary rural art museum devoted to weaving take shape in this modest, unpretentious mountain village.

由 Gianni Botsford Architects 重新改建，含地下空間共四層樓的住宅，以當代面容重現原址 1860 年代的老舊小屋，靜靜地佇立於倫敦漢普斯特德（Hampstead）一處隱匿靜謐巷道的盡頭，低調而深具時代意涵。
