4.5m面寬的挑戰是格局突破上的推手，如何兼具實用性與價值感？
沿街店舖能不能如同美術館裡的精美商店，靈巧、質美，並兼具完整機能與無障礙住宅的舒適？
門前退縮騎樓、留設綠意舒適的人行空間、每戶皆設電梯、每房皆為採光良好的套房、沒有樓梯斜背干擾方正的店舖格局、正向立面足夠深的陽台與遮陽……都是4.5m極限的面寬下規畫上的大不易。
輕柔而簡單方正的立體框架，以均質重複出輕盈流動的詩意，圓管格柵柔散光線的同時提供東向遮陽，並且藉以深化建築立面的層次以及室內的延伸感，天光映照的光影豐富了室內外的生活日常。
一個輕盈的想像曼妙如樹梢上的微風，如乘著歌聲的翅膀，旖旎而上。
店鋪層，是綠影扶疏。
生活層，讓光影流動。

The challenge of a 4.5-meter frontage becomes the driving force for breaking open the layout: how can practicality and a sense of value be achieved at the same time?
Can a street-front shop be like an exquisite museum store—compact, refined, and yet offering full functionality together with the comfort of a barrier-free residence?
A recessed arcade at the front that creates a green, comfortable pedestrian zone; an elevator for every unit; every room conceived as a well-lit suite; staircases that do not cut into the clean, rectangular shop layouts; balconies and sunshades of sufficient depth on the primary façade… all of these are hard-won planning achievements within the extreme constraint of a 4.5-meter width.
A gentle, simple, orthogonal three-dimensional frame is repeated in a uniform rhythm to evoke a light, flowing poetics. The circular tubular screens soften and diffuse the light while providing east-facing sun shading, deepening the layers of the façade and extending the sense of interior space. Daylight and its shifting shadows enrich everyday life, both indoors and out.
An airy imagination rises gracefully, like a breeze at the treetops, like wings borne on a song, meandering upward.
At the shop level, greenery shimmers in the foreground.
On the living levels, light and shadow are left free to flow.
On the rooftop, the wind relaxes as clouds gather and disperse.
