🍷 [Un vigneron, un vin]

Le vin rouge du Château Les Aubiers est élaboré par le fondateur de notre collectif et vigneron, Jean-François Réaud, selon l’agriculture biologique.

🌳 L’aubier est un arbre endémique des terroirs de sa propriété. Plus communément, l’aubier est la partie « vivante » d’un arbre, située sous l’écorce, c’est elle qui transporte la sève et protège le bois de cœur en période hivernale. Château Les Aubiers exprime donc fidèlement l’histoire locale et la richesse des paysages de l’appellation Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux.

Ce vin est composé en majorité de Merlot, puis de Cabernet Sauvignon, ce qui lui confère matière, fruité et notes épicées.

🍷 [One winegrower, one wine]

Jean-François Réaud, founder of our collective and winegrower, makes the red wine Château Les Aubiers following organic practices.

🌳 “Aubier” is a typical tree of the region surrounding the historic estate of our family. Most commonly, “aubier” means sapwood : the living part of a tree, right under the bark. It transports sap and protects the heartwood during winter. Château Les Aubiers is a loyal expression of the local history, and Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux rich landscapes.

🍇 This wine is made out of Merlot in majority, then Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes it full-bodied, fruity and spicy.

Para este fin de semana los dejamos con Toro de Casta, Ensamblaje Premium, Cosecha 2016, compuesto por las variedades Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc y Petit Verdot.

Especial para acompañar carnes rojas, picoteos con quesos azules o bien, platos especiados al curry, paprika y condimentos fuertes.

A disfrutar!
