There was a time when buying a shirt like this felt impossible for me.
I grew up with very little. Most of my clothes came from Divisoria, 168 Mall, ukay ukay, and sidewalk stores. Back then, I would look at branded clothes and think, "Maybe someday."
Today, I finally bought something that used to be too expensive for me. It may just be a shirt to some people, but for me, it is a reminder of how far I have come.
This is not about the brand. It is not about showing off. It is about appreciating the journey. It is about remembering the days when every peso mattered and celebrating the small victories that once felt out of reach.
Life has not always been easy. There were struggles, sacrifices, disappointments, and moments when I questioned if things would ever get better. But I kept moving forward, one step at a time.
If you are still in a season of struggle, do not give up. Your situation today does not define your future. Keep working hard. Keep believing. Keep showing up. One day, you will look back and realize that the things you once only dreamed about have become your reality.
I am grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every blessing along the way. Thank you, Lord, for the progress. The journey continues.
From surviving to thriving. One small win at a time. ❤️🙏
