Celebrating the U.S. Navy Medical Corps' 150th anniversary this week, we're throwing it back to 2006 and hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) anchored off the coast of Jolo, Philippines, where Navy Medicine professionals were in the midst of a humanitarian and civic assistance deployment that grew into the Pacific Partnership mission.
