開始嘗試把自己放進有「人」的空間,讓關係自然發生吧!當約 48% 的人參與運動社群的主要原因,其實是為了建立連結,而不是運動本身,我們發現這些看似簡單的行動,正在慢慢重建一種新的生活節奏。

🌟過好,不是一個結果,而是一個持續發生的過程。

Start with one small moment each day. Pause, and notice what actually feels good. Well-being isn’t determined by GDP. Cross-national research shows that in some high-income countries, life satisfaction is not increasing—and in some cases, it’s declining.

Place yourself in spaces where people are present. Around 48% of individuals join group activities primarily for connection, not the activity itself. These small, intentional choices begin to reshape how we experience daily life.

注意力被不斷切割,大腦長時間維持警覺,身體其實早已進入過載狀態。問題不只來自情緒,也關乎神經系統。當我們開始理解這一點,「過好日子」也有了新的定義!它不只是情緒上的平衡,而是一種對身體與神經系統的日常維護。
