Simba拟收购M1　新加坡电信市场迎来大洗牌

【新加坡讯】新加坡电信市场或将迎来重大变局。
以超低价移动套餐闻名的“搅局者”Simba电信，近日宣布计划收购本地资深运营商 M1。这项交易若成功，将彻底改变本地电信竞争格局。

市场格局或重排

目前，Simba在后付费移动市场的份额为 14.4%，M1则为 23.9%；在宽带业务方面，Simba仅占 0.9%，而M1则高达 15.9%。
一旦收购成功，合并后的公司将控制 38.3% 的后付费市场 和 超过15% 的宽带市场份额，一跃成为新加坡第二大后付费移动运营商，仅次于Singtel。

频谱与网络优势互补

业内分析指出，Simba与M1在网络资源上几乎没有重叠，频谱互补性强。
M1拥有Band 3（1800 MHz）与Band 7（2600 MHz），这两条被称为“黄金频段”的LTE频谱，在覆盖范围与容量平衡上表现优异，而Simba原本需等到2030年频谱拍卖才可能获得。

Band 3：覆盖范围广、室内穿透力强

Band 7：在人口密集地区可提供高吞吐量

5G性能差距将缩小

目前，Simba的5G NSA部署仅依赖 n1频段（10 MHz带宽），速度提升有限。
M1则持有中频段 n78，具备更大带宽和更高速度。
通过收购，Simba可直接获得n78，并与M1、StarHub在合资公司ANTINA的 n78 100 MHz 共享网络，从而在5G性能上与Singtel、StarHub看齐。

用户将享受更广频段

收购完成后，用户可使用的频段将显著增加：

用户类型 新增可用频段
Simba用户 B28、B3、B7、B8、n1、n78
M1用户 B8、B38、B40、n1

合并后的公司将成为新加坡频谱资源最丰富的运营商，支持的频段包括：

LTE：B3、B7、B8、B28、B38、B40

5G：n1、n78

这意味着用户将获得：

更佳的室内外覆盖

更高峰值速度与更低延迟

更稳定的网络体验

前景与挑战并存

如果IMDA批准收购，Simba-M1将改写行业格局，并凭借丰富的频谱资源和技术实力，为用户提供更优质的网络服务。
然而，收购资金安排、整合执行以及未来资费是否上涨，仍是市场关注的焦点。
