Somo kwa Wajasiriamali na SMEs

Katika mazingira ya biashara ndogo na za kati (SMEs), bado waajiri wengi hasa wajasiriamali hawana mifumo rasmi ya kuajiri wafanyakazi.

Mara nyingi, wafanyakazi wanachukuliwa kutoka kwa familia, marafiki, watoto wa majirani, au waimbaji wenza wa kwaya kanisani.

Ukiuliza sababu inakuwa

Wimbo unaoimbwa na wengi ni ule ule

"Tunaogopa kuibiwa!" Watu baki wengi sio waaminifu, watakuibia n.k

Na kwa kuhofia kuibiwa na watu baki, wanawaamini wale wanaowaita ndugu n.k

Lakini matokeo yake ni mabaya sana, Kwa

Wengi wa hawa wanaopewa nafasi ya kazi hawathamini biashara hiyo – wanaiona k**a ya kifamilia zaidi, au ya muda mfupi.

Hii hupelekea tabia k**a:

Kuwajibu wateja vibaya.

Kukosa staha na huduma mbaya kwa wateja (poor customer service).

Unaweza kuhudumiwa vibaya mpaka ujiulize umekuja kuomba au kununua zaidi inapelekea hadi kuharibu siku yako yote.

Matokeo yake sasa ?
👎 Wateja hawarudi tena.

👎 Hakuna "recommendation" kutoka kwao.

2️⃣ Hakuna Uwajibikaji kwa wafanyakazi.

Katika biashara nyingi ndogo:

Mfanyakazi anaweza kuharibu au kupoteza vifaa muhimu bila wasiwasi.

Anaweza kufungua au kufunga biashara muda anaotaka bila kujali ratiba wala madhara yake kibiashara.

Akikosea au akileta hasara, hakuna hatua madhubuti zitakazo chukuliwa juu yake.

Kwa nini?
Kwa sababu anajua hata akiharibu hakuna atakachopoteza

Anajua bosi wake ataishia kwenda kumshtaki kwa shangazi, au kwa mchungaji wake kanisani!

3️⃣ Ukosefu wa Mifumo Rasmi

Biashara nyingi hazina:

Mikataba rasmi ya kazi.

Hakuna malengo ya kila mfanyakazi.

Mfumo wa malipo na motisha.

Kanuni za maadili na mawasiliano kazini.

Taarifa sahihi za ufanisi wa mfanyakazi au biashara yenyewe.

Wengine wanakwepa mifumo hii kwa kuona ni gharama, wengine hawana uelewa, na wengine wanaona ni

Wanasahau kwamba hata hizi wanazoziita kampuni kubwa zilianza kwa kuweka mifumo mpka kufika hapo.

Hili swali linaonekana rahisi, lakini ndilo linalotofautisha kati ya kupata nafasi au kukosa ajira.

Hili swali linawaangusha graduates wengi sanaa.

Kwanza, fahamu kwamba hili jibu halikaririwi au halianzii kwenye chumba cha interview.
