Jetman Dizano (real name: Samson Noha) is a veteran Tanzanian artist and producer whose work has significantly shaped the reggae, dancehall, and Raggamuffin landscape in East Africa. Originally from Mwanza, Jetman has been a powerful voice in the regional music scene for over two decades, known for his high-energy performances, commanding lyrical flow, and deep-rooted authenticity.
His breakout moment came with the 2014 hit single “My Sweet”, which earned a nomination for Best Ragga/Dancehall Song at the prestigious Kilimanjaro Music Awards. Earlier in his career, he honed his craft under Kenya’s acclaimed OgopaDJz production label, blending his raw sound with modern influences.
Jetman’s signature style fuses the rich rhythms of traditional reggae with the pulsing beats of contemporary dancehall, creating music that resonates with fans across generations. As both an artist and producer, his creative reach extends far beyond the stage—he is the founder and lead engineer of a self-built studio in Mwanza’s Pasiansi area, where he collaborates with upcoming talent and crafts new music for the East African market.
