As we close out the year, we’re proud to reflect on a season of growth, collaboration, and impact.

This year, we expanded our team, welcomed interns, and took time to celebrate the people who make our work possible. Together, we delivered meaningful and creative campaigns — from the Goat Races and the Bastille Day celebration to several successful events throughout the year.

We were honored to support the Youth Advisory Board members from the AU-EU Youth Lab programme during their visit to Tanzania, reinforcing our commitment to partnership and youth engagement.

Through strong teamwork and shared purpose, we also achieved key milestones, gaining three new accounts and securing two new tender awards.

As we look ahead, we’re energized and ready for what’s next — gearing up for exciting opportunities and impactful work in 2026.

At Amici, we take great pride in supporting the next generation of creatives by offering internships to talented, up-and-coming students. Over the years, we’ve welcomed several university field students to join us for a few months—and some have gone on to become valued members of our in-house team.

This summer, we’re delighted to have Tala with us, a bright and driven student from Dodoma University. He is learning quickly and is well on his way to becoming an outstanding designer.

Supporting young talent isn’t just a good deed—it’s a responsibility we share as business owners.
