**Aika Matemu s a Tanzanian actress, script writer, and TV producer whose passion for storytelling has shaped a remarkable career in the entertainment industry.
Her journey began in 2013 while still a college student, when she was among a select few chosen to work with **Clouds Media** on the TV series *Mahusiano* — an early break that set the tone for what was to come. In 2015, she graduated from the **University of Dar es Salaam** and wasted no time diving deeper into her craft, joining **Pilipili Entertainment** where she featured in the series *Days of Nights*. She also took on a role in *Ngoma ya Roho*, produced by **Jerusalem Films**.
Never content with simply performing, Aika stepped boldly behind the scenes in **2017**, channeling her skills as a writer and producer to create her very own project — the *Sonko's* series — marking a defining milestone in her career.
