👤 Candidate Profile
 ▪️ 5+ years of proven experience in regional leadership, business development, or commercial roles;
 ▪️ Strong track record in driving revenue, building and managing sales pipelines, and closing high-value deals;
 ▪️ Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and partnership building;
 ▪️ Hands-on experience in launching and scaling new products, markets, or business lines;
 ▪️ Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans;
 ▪️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills — experience working with C-level stakeholders;
 ▪️ Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian business environment, including local regulation and compliance;
 ▪️ Solid analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach;
 ▪️ Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
📌 Responsibilities
 ▪️ Own and execute the regional business growth strategy;
 ▪️ Identify and close high-impact commercial opportunities across fintech, crypto, and institutional segments;
 ▪️ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic networking;
 ▪️ Collaborate closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with business targets;
 ▪️ Optimize internal processes to scale commercial operations while maintaining efficiency and service quality;
 ▪️ Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring delivery of sales and business development goals;
 ▪️ Monitor KPIs for revenue, client engagement, and market performance; prepare regular business reports;
 ▪️ Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public/regulatory events in the region;
 ▪️ Act as the main point of contact for B2G matters, engaging in local regulatory initiatives and public affairs;
 ▪️ Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy;
 ▪️ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term strategic partnerships.
