Перший номер з-посеред камʼяниць на нинішній вулиці Віталія Носкевича (раніше - вул. Переяславська, за бабці Австрії - вул. Збожова) зустрічає перехожих високими, статечними дверима.
З-під потрісканої фарби визирають де-не-де збережені делікатні елементи декору, можна навіть розгледіти стару польську табличку, яка свідчила про страхування камʼяниці у відомій і нині страховій компанії PZU.
Будинок, втім, сповнений таємниць, адже про нього чи його мешканців у архівах відомостей небагато. Завдяки невтомній праці Ілля Криворучко знаємо наступне:
«Насправді двоповерхова кам'яниця має два адреси - вул. Носкевича, 1 та просп. Грушевського, 8 - така практика ще здавна буда поширена в Коломиї. Тому, найімовірніше, у часи Австро-Угорської імперії та Польщі цей будинок мав два адреси - вул. Собєського, 8 та вул. Збожова, 1. Найбільше свідчень є за адресу Собєського, 8.
Згідно з довідником «Skorowidz przemysłowo-handlowy Królestwa Galicyі» 1913 року, у кам'яниці містилася ресторація для «нарізки» та «зал для сніданку» Яна Корнанда.
Далі, на початку 1920-х років, як засвідчує календар «Kołomyjanin» 1925 року, у будинку існувала столярська майстерня, власником якої був Філіп Тау (пол. - Filip Thau). Згідно з довідником «Księga Adresowa Polski...» 1926/27 та подальших років, там містилася блаватна ткацька майстерня Ф. Філінгера, крамниця з продажу металевих виробів Ш. Люстіга. Цей будинок - один із небагатьох, де практично немає про нього згадок у місцевій пресі.
За часів СРСР, як засвідчує фото з Дня міста Коломиї 1991 року, на 1 поверсі містився овочевий магазин. За спогадами коломиян, він проіснував із початку 1970-х років.
Станом на зараз 2 поверх - житловий, на 1 поверсі - приватні підприємства та магазини. У серпні 2016 року на куті будинку розмістили впізнавану фотографію Миколи Сеньковського «Стара Гуцулка».

The first number among the tenement houses on what is now Vitaliy Noskevych Street (formerly Pereyaslavska Street, Zbozhova Street) greets passers-by with its tall, stately door.
From under the cracked paint, delicate decorative elements can be seen here and there, and you can even make out an old Polish sign that the tenement house was insured by the now-famous insurance company PZU.
The house, however, is full of secrets, as there is little information about it or its residents in the archives. Thanks to the tireless work of Ілля Криворучко , we know the following:
"In fact, the two-story tenement house has two addresses - Noskevycha str., 1 and Av. Hrushevsky, 8 - this practice has long been common in Kolomyia. Therefore, most likely, during the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Poland, this house had two addresses - Sobieski, 8 and Zbozhova, 1 street. The most evidence is for the address Sobieski, 8.
According to the reference book "Skorowidz przemysłowo-handlowy Królestwa Galicy" from 1913, the tenement house housed a restaurant for "slicing" and a "breakfast room" by Jan Kornand.
Then, in the early 1920s, as evidenced by the 1925 Kołomyjanin calendar, there was a carpentry workshop in the house, owned by Filip Thau. According to the 1926/27 Księga Adresowa Polski... directory and subsequent years, there was a blue-collar weaving workshop of F. Filinger, and a metal goods shop of S. Lustig. This house is one of the few where there is practically no mention of it in the local press.
During the Soviet era, a photo from the 1991 Kolomyia City Day showed a vegetable shop on the 1st floor. According to the recollections of Kolomyjan residents, it existed since the early 1970s.
Currently, the 2nd floor is residential, and the 1st floor is occupied by private enterprises and shops. In August 2016, a recognizable photograph by Mykola Senkovsky, "Old Hutsulka," was placed on the corner of the house.
