So feel free to add Bogorodsk herb to your meals, but keep in mind that due to the high thymol content, thyme can irritate the stomach, liver and kidneys. Despite all the beneficial properties of thyme, it also has contraindications, for example, during pregnancy, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
