Не важно какая цель, пусть она у тебя будет. Сражайся за неё. Просыпайся с мотивацией и засыпай с улыбкой. Проживай жизнь на полную, каждую секунду. Делай именно то, что хочешь, и достигай целей.

Aki (or Bligiya delicious ) is a small tree 10–12 meters high. Aki is native to West Africa. Cultivated in Jamaica, Central America, the Antilles and the Bahamas. Solitary trees are also found in Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia and Suriname. In Jamaica, ackee is considered the "national" fruit.

Aki fruits are pear-shaped, 7–10 cm long, with red-yellow skin. Outwardly, they resemble a peach.

When fully ripe, the fruit cracks open to reveal a creamy, sweetish walnut-like pulp that surrounds three black seeds.

Aki fruit is poisonous until it opens naturally.

Only the pulp surrounding the seeds is eaten, the rest of its parts are not eaten. The pulp can be eaten raw, but in Jamaica it is usually boiled with salted saithe or hake. In Jamaica, aki with fish is considered the national dish. In Africa, the fruit is added to soup or fried in oil.
