Вітаю українську дипломатію з професійним святом — Днем працівника дипломатичної служби України!

Ми разом розпочинали цю місію, і ми разом її продовжуємо. З перших днів відновлення нашої незалежності ви відкривали Україну для світу. Боролися за міжнародну увагу, світовий імідж та, зрештою, суб’єктність України. І робили це попри всі виклики, якими супроводжувалися перші роки нашого становлення.

В останні 10 років професіоналізм дипслужби України, зваженість та її експертна мудрість, засновані на роках досвіду, поколіннях розвитку та кістяку карʼєрних дипломатів, став ще більш затребуваним. З перших днів 2014 року, а тим більше після 24 лютого 2022 року, ви — невідʼємна частина нашої спільної перемоги. Ви розвінчуєте дезінформацію та пропаганду російського агресора, шукаєте зброю для захисту свободи, поширюєте правду про Україну та її внутрішній розвиток, створюєте і посилюєте міжнародну підтримку на засадах незламної світової єдності і солідарності з нашою боротьбою. Ваша самовіддана праця і креативність — гарантія невідворотності поразки і покарання агресора.

Ви були тими, хто у марафоні за європейську та євроатлантичну інтеграцію, демократичний розвиток нашої держави були серед перших. Ви переконували і зовнішній світ у потребі підтримки України. І внутрішніх опонентів — у незмінності стратегічного курсу держави. У тому, що сьогодні Україна за крок від ЄС і прямує до членства в НАТО — передусім ваша робота і ваш неоціненний внесок.

Сьогодні від української дипломатії залежить місія зберігати і зміцнювати єдність світу заради підтримки України у відсічі російській агресії. Пишаюся вами і вашими патріотизмом, професіоналізмом, порядністю і самовідданістю.

Для мене — честь бути частиною цієї великої родини! Завжди підтримував і підтримуватиму вітчизняну дипломатичну службу!

Oil prices have gradually declined over the current week amidst intensifying military pressure by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip. One might assume that a massive aerial attack by Iran on Israel would have led to a spike in oil prices, or that Israel's tough yet limited response to Tehran's missile terrorism could have driven prices up. However, no such increase has occurred. What, then, can be expected from oil prices, and consequently at the fuel pumps? In fact, nothing extraordinary due to the conflict in the Middle East. Rather, oil appetites from the EU and China, as well as the effectiveness and precision of sanctions against Russian oil exports, are likely to be more influential.
