the rate is PLN 22.50/net
+0.5 PLN to the rate for 100% attendance when working a full calendar month
+0.5 zlotys to the rate up to 26 years old
+1 zlotys to the rate for your home
+0.5 PLN to the rate after working for 6 months
+ 50 to 500 zlotys per month bonus from the enterprise depending on compliance with the norms
*For students, under 26 y.o. the rate is PLN 28.10/net (with a student certificate)

WORK SCHEDULE:
*Shifts of 8-10-12 hours 5-6 days a week*
work in two shifts: 6:00-18:00, 18:00-6:00 or 6:00-16:00, 16:00-2:00 (week by week).
The schedule is drawn up by the foreman depending on the needs of the warehouse.
* Break of 30 and 15 minutes with a 12-hour schedule *
* Break of 30 minutes with an 8-10 hour schedule *
DUTIES:
1) Assembly and preparation of orders for sending to stores - working with a scanner (scanner in Polish). For example: it is necessary to collect 10 T-shirts, 5 pairs of pants and 20 shirts according to the invoice;
2) Packing ready-made orders into boxes, sorting clothes by size, sports goods, household items;
3) Sorting of goods by types, sizes, etc.;
4) Quality control (check things for defects);
5) Unpacking the product upon receipt.
6) Removing the clip from clothes.
*7) Men can be assigned to the delivery process (the product can be about 20 kg).)*
*8) Rarely, our employees can get caught up in the assembly process. Responsibilities:
- Collect foil and cardboard
- Sweep up small debris where necessary
-Change garbage bags. Special protective shoes are issued
DWELLING:
Accommodation in apartments and houses, hostels are possible - everything is provided (internet, kitchen with dishes, blankets, pillows). You need to bring bed linen and personal utensils (plates, cups, utensils).
2-4 people in a room. We provide separate rooms for couples.
Payment for accommodation for a full month is PLN 500. with deduction from ZP. The accommodation is located in Bydgoszcz.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
MEDICAL COMMISSION: medical commission 100 zlotys will deduction from ZP.
COMMUTING: official transport - 96 zlotys/month will deduction from salary.
CLOTHES: own, comfortable, but must have long pants (no short shorts and skirts), shoulders, neckline and stomach should also be covered.
SHOES: issued according to safety regulations (if working for less than 3 months, PLN 130 for shoes will be deducted from the salary).
BONUSES: After working for 2 weeks, one card is issued, with which you can buy one large hot drink or two small ones from the vending machines for free every day.
REQUIREMENTS:
- men, women and married couples under 50 years of age (without health problems); - Willingness to work with a floating schedule;
-Responsible attitude to work;
-Minimum term of employment - 3 months.
