NIHILI LOCUS "Semper"
Believe it or not, "Semper" is the debut album of the Italian Doomish Black Metal legend NIHILI LOCUS.
It arrives over 30 years after their impressive debut release that launched them among the pioneers of Italian extreme Metal and presents itself with 6 long, complex, multifaceted songs that embrace Doom and Black Metal, but also elements taken from Dark and Gothic of English origin, and a mysterious, fascinating and spectacular cover as their music has always been, realized by the great Norwegian photographer Kjetil Karlsen Photography (www.kjetilkarlsen.com).

The album will be released on September 26th in digipak, LP (black and marble gray), tape formats. It will also be available in a deluxe version limited to 75 copies titled "Ineffabilis Memoriae Regurgitatio" with cover art by the ever more incredible Rossella Nikita Berton

FAZIT: Berlial wissen zweifellos Stimmung zu kreieren und gefallen auf „Nourishing The Disaster To Come“ zunächst durch Black Metal mit atmosphärischer Veranlagung. Dass sich ebenjene Atmosphäre mit der Zeit aber als hier und da überzogene Inszenierung, die sich zügig abnutzt, entpuppt, wirkt einer anhaltenden Spannung eher entgegen. (9/15)

Après la découverte de l'album, "Nourishing the Disaster to Come", avec à la clé une chronique en forme de coup de cœur, Mémé Migou a eu le plaisir d'échanger avec les deux protagonistes du groupe de Black Metal Berlial , savoir CzH et HSOD. Une belle rencontre qui tient plus de la discussion que de l'interview, ce qui n'a pas empêché d'aborder les items spécifiques au groupe. Nouveau coup de cœur pour Mémé ! Alors ensemble, ils ont parlé... parlé... parlé...
