Sketch is a strategy - not just a style ☝🏻

Sketch visualization is not a simplified version of rendering.
It’s a custom type of render that can work:

— as the main presentation
— or together with photorealistic 3D visualization

And its power is not only in the visual aesthetic.
It’s in how it supports the design process.

One real workflow example:

Sketch ➡️ quick idea presentation to the client ➡️ concept approval ➡️ then moving to photorealistic rendering

What this gives in real projects:

✅ faster decision making
✅ cheaper revisions at early stages
✅ fewer expensive reworks later
✅ cleaner, more accurate final 3D

Because starting heavy photorealistic rendering while the concept is still changing
usually means more time, more revisions, and more budget spent.

I always outline the workflow, deadlines, and price before we start.
Everything is 100% transparent ✨

2️⃣ 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤

You send me: layout, dimensions, textures, references, furniture.
If something is missing — I ask clarifying questions (totally normal 😉)

3️⃣ 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Payment methods: PayPal, Binance, Swift, or Western Union.
For 3+ views you get a –10% discount.

4️⃣ 𝟑𝐃 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥

I build a simple model in ArchiCAD to ensure accuracy.
You receive 5–15 camera angles and choose the perfect one.
(After that, the angle cannot be changed 👀)

In Procreate your project comes alive.
Format: A4, 450 DPI.
I send intermediate steps so you can adjust colors and textures on the go 🫶🏻
