𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆🦾

These sketches are almost a year old, and I still remember my first steps in exterior visualization. How afraid I was to draw them! The fear of building a model based on photos with almost no dimensions was overwhelming 🥹. This approach was exactly what I used in this project.

Was it difficult? Yes, very.

But working with dimensions that are completely inaccurate is even harder 😂. When you look at the photo and then at the model I built based on the designer’s measurements, and they don’t match—it’s a real challenge 🙈.

That’s why I always insist on the highest possible accuracy in the technical specifications. I don’t just draw pictures; I create renders. This is crucial for realistic and precise visualization.

Of course, there are moments when designers need to convey a concept or idea, and accuracy isn’t the priority. But that’s another story...

- Send me a layout of your space with dimensions of walls, windows, and doors, including their height. This will help accurately depict the space.

𝟮. 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 📋

- Describe the materials you plan to use for the floor, walls, and ceiling. This will help convey the atmosphere of your interior.

𝟯. 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 🛋️

- Prepare a list of furniture with links that include their dimensions and colors. This is crucial for the correct placement and combination of elements in the space.

- Lighting plays a key role in creating the mood in a room. Specify the models of light fixtures you plan to use.

I’ve never shared facts about myself, thinking it wasn’t necessary for you to know.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘆! 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟳 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲:

1- I’m very meticulous, both with myself and others. But especially with myself — I always feel I can do better. 🧐

2- I’m confident in my work. I know I’ll deliver the best possible results within the project’s scope. I’m not afraid to ask many questions because I want designers to be as satisfied and engaged with my work as I am. 💪
3- I’m terrified of small dog breeds. My loves are cats and horses. I have a black cat named Ruby. Any fans of “The Extraordinary”? Remember the character Ruby? 😅
4- I’m an introvert, but in the company of even unfamiliar people, I become quite the extrovert. 😂
5- I value my freedom the most. Nothing brings me more joy than independence. I’ve shown this since childhood, being a little rebel who went against the system. 🦋
6- I’ve been in a relationship for 6 years, but I still haven’t wanted to become an official wife. Why? See point 5. 😜
7- I’m 23, and the best decision of my life was to choose a career I’m passionate about, not one based on my degree (I’m a lawyer by education). My job is not about talent; it’s about learning and honing skills 24/7. 🎓
