Joshua 93.5 FM is a community-based station located in Katakwi District in North-Eastern Uganda and stands out as the voice of life and peace within its broadcasting range. The radio station’s coverage stretches in five regions and spans over several districts: The Teso region districts of Katakwi, Soroti, Kumi, Bukedea, Ngora, Serere, Kaberamaido, Amuria; the Karamoja Region districts of Abim, Am
udat, Nakapiripirit, Moroto and Kotido; The Elgon region districts of Sironko, Mbale, Kapchorwa, Bukwa, Pallisa, Budaka; The lango Region districts of Amulatar and Dokolo; And in the Acholi region districts of Pader and Kitgum . As a community station, Joshua Fm targets the residents within its coverage areas. The station’s daily programming appeals to a wide range of listenership from young to old. The broadcast is mainly in English, Ateso, Kumam, Kupsabiny, and Akarimong, which are widely spoken in these regions.
